Patient came to me stating she’d suffered complications from #surgicalbbl and asked if I could help. Told her yes, but it would be a process. Unfortunately she’s undergone 2 surgical BBLs without her fat taking. I’m not a surgeon so I can’t comment on this but to my understanding this is pretty rare. She’s also ended up with lipofibrosis along with hemasiderin staining as seen in the photos. She’s had two rounds of #hyperdiluteradiesse with 20 syringes per round. Different dilutions used in different tissue planes. Scroll right to see her progress so far.
