Patient came to me stating she’d suffered complications from #surgicalbbl and asked if I could help. Told her yes, but it would be a process. Unfortunately she’s undergone 2 surgical BBLs without her fat taking. I’m not a surgeon so I can’t comment on this but to my understanding this is pretty rare. She’s also ended up with lipofibrosis along with hemasiderin staining as seen in the photos. She’s had two rounds of #hyperdiluteradiesse with 20 syringes per round. Different dilutions used in different tissue planes. Scroll right to see her progress so far. Lip filler dissolver

You have to completely freeze the complex including the depressor supercilii and nasalis due to a compensatory pull. The dermal filler Versa was placed in the lines strategically to optimize safety. This area is very dangerous as the supratrochlear artery runs through this area.

So this is the front of the neck vs the back of the neck. No one really does RF Microneedling to the back of the neck which makes this an amazing example. This was after just one treatment. PRFM was also injected directly into the lines directly after the RF treatment was done.
