By evaluating muscle activity during movement, and understanding some of her hypertrophied facial muscles we were able to soften them for a beautiful soft outcome. Radiesse
Radiesse was used for this midface enhancement. Notice how his bi-zygomatic with doesn’t equal or match his bi-gonial width. So the goal was to balance out his face by using 2 syringes of #radiesse. Cannula technique was used, 22g 2 inch.
