Botox

Maximize Your Natural Beauty with Strategic Botox Treatments!Did you know that when Botox is injected at its full potential— in this particular case almost 90 units split across key facial muscles—it can dramatically enhance your overall facial aesthetics? These muscles include:-Platysma (neck/ jawline area), not injected in this case*-frontalis (forehead lines) -Corrugator (frown lines)-Procerus (between eyebrows)-Orbicularis oculi (around the eyes)-Nasalis (nose area)-Depressor Anguli Oris (DAO, smile lines)-Mentalis (chin)In simple terms: Think of Botox as a tool to relax specific muscles that cause wrinkles or unwanted expressions. When used thoughtfully and in the right amounts, it can smooth lines, have lifting (aka contouring) features, and create a more refreshed, natural look. Our approach: We recommend seeing patients every 4 to 6 months. While this may seem less frequent than traditional schedules, it allows your muscles to gradually regain strength between treatments. This “gentle” approach helps avoid over-frozen expressions, maintaining a natural look that preserves your unique personality. Why does this matter?Over time, continuous Botox use can lead to muscle atrophy—meaning the muscles weaken and shrink. We’ve observed this in the forehead muscles, which sometimes results in the need for volume restoration via procedures like frontoplasty. Our goal is to prevent this by giving your muscles time to recover naturally, ensuring you look refreshed, not frozen. The bottom line 😎:Some clients prefer that “frozen” look, but be prepared to face a frontoplasty in your near future from muscle atrophy. Let’s discuss a personalized treatment plan that respects your facial anatomy and aesthetic goals!

Chin filler Cheek filler

Mid face correction and chin augmentation with Restylane Lyft. 3 Syringes were used. Also look closely at her skin and brow positioning because Dysport and Xeomin was also used. Such an improvement of the NLF and Marionettes with injecting them directly.

Dysport Restylane Filler

#dysport neurotoxin for fine lines and #restylane filler for deep lines.

Dysport Restylane Filler

Surgeon:

Yearly touch up!

Full Face Restoration

Surgeon:

Full face restoration.

Lip filler

All the way from New Orleans to come me for these beauties. So glad I didn’t disappoint. I get stressed out when people travel all this way for little’ol’ me.

Xeomin Versa Dermal Filler

Surgeon:

#gummysmilecorrection and #lipflip with #xeomin® / #versa#dermalfiller was also placed in lips.

Lip filler

Surgeon:

1.4ml for these beauties.  It’s not normal for me to do more than a full syringe but when the canvas needs more paint you don’t stop painting do you 😝?

bougie-aesthetics.webflow.io/gallery/radiesse-31

Surgeon:

Frontoplasty with Radiesse Classic. I learned this technique from @drjanivanloghem and @dr.yutskovskaya.yana at @uma.academy in Amsterdam.  Frontoplasty also known as the forhead lift restores its youthful appearance. Not only can it improve the position of the medial brow set, but it can help eliminate expression lines.

Radiesse

Surgeon:

#radiesse was used for #masculinization of #cheeks , #chin , and #jawline .  6 syringes in total was used. 3 for the #midface , and 3 for the #lowerface .  Such an honor to treat him as he flew in from California to see me.

Non-Surgical Nose Job Cheek Filler

Surgeon:

#nonsurgicalnosejob , #cheekpop , and little nasolabial fold correction. Mid face balancing.

Lip filler

Lip filler

Surgeon:

Restylane Refyne for this first timer. I really love how soft Refyne is. ⁣

Lip filler

Surgeon:

Full Syringe of Restylane Kysse which is one of my faves. This was her first time and decided to go with FDA approved

Belotero Balance

Surgeon:

Dermal filler Dysport

Surgeon:

Using toxin to lift the brows and filler to lift the mid face can really bring back life in the eyes.

Non-Surgical Nose Job

Surgeon:

Lip filler

Surgeon:

Used a 25 g 1.5 inch cannula to inject #versa here. I use cannula here because the inferior labial artery which comes off of the facial artery is around this area. If this artery was occluded then it could lead to necrosis of the lower lip. I can’t stress enough how important it is to know your anatomy.

Lip filler

Surgeon:

1/2 Syringe of #restylanedefyne for her yearly #touchup. For the last year and a half we used #restylanekysse. Defyne is what I put in her lips over 2 years ago so we decided to circle back to the OG😊. ⁣

Tear Trough Filler

Surgeon:

She’s a great example of a “true” tear trough vs a “pseudo” tear trough.

Hyperdiluted Radiesse Restylane Defyne

Surgeon:

Hyperdiluted Radiesse for cheeks, mid face, and nasolabial folds. Restylane Defyne for lips. ⁣

Lip filler

Surgeon:

BEFORE / AFTER / HEALED Restylane Kysse was used #kysse#kysseandtell#kysselips#kysselipfiller#galderma

Cheeks, Lips, Chin Filler

Surgeon:

Lips, cheeks, and chin combo.

Jawline, Cheek, Chin Contour

Surgeon:

Jawline, cheek, and chin contour for a more masculine look. ⁣

Liquid Rhinoplasty Lip filler

Surgeon:

LIQUID RHINOPLASTY TIMELINE. #restylanedefyne was used for her liquid rhinoplasty, lips, and touch up. I’m posting this to show what a nose can look like exactly 1 year later. As for the lips, she did come in about 6 months ago for a touch up with a half syringe. Most of my girls get a full syringe for their first lip treatment and 1/2s for maintenance. ⁣
