Chin Filler
Chin filler is not just about projection.
For this treatment, we used 2 syringes of Restylane Defyne to support and refine the chin. The goal was to soften the labiomandibular crease, also known as the “chin shadow,” while also creating a slightly longer, narrower, and more balanced chin shape.
In female facial balancing, the chin often looks most harmonious when its width is closer to the width of the nose. In male facial balancing, the chin can typically support more width and often aligns more with the width of the mouth.Small structural changes in the chin can make a big impact on the lower face. By supporting the chin properly, we can improve shadowing, soften the transition into the jawline, and create a more balanced facial shape without surgery.

Radiesse was used for this midface enhancement. Notice how his bi-zygomatic with doesn’t equal or match his bi-gonial width. So the goal was to balance out his face by using 2 syringes of #radiesse. Cannula technique was used, 22g 2 inch.
