Dermal filler
Some people have a “1,” others have “11s” — and this tiny line looks simple, but it’s actually one of the most dangerous areas to inject. Why?Because the supratrochlear artery runs directly into the retinal artery, meaning a misplaced bolus can lead to instant, irreversible blindness.I was trained in Europe @uma.academy over 5 years ago specifically on how to treat this area safely, and that experience is the only reason I’m confident performing this procedure today.Safety pearls for injectors:• Pinch the skin upward to move tissue away from the artery• Inject extremely superficial — less than 4mm deep• Approach the vessel perpendicular• Inject < 0.02ml per blebGET TRAINED AND DO NOT TRY THIS WITHOUT EXPERT SUPERVISION.Why such a tiny amount?Dr. Julie Woodward’s @drjuliewoodward publication shows the distance between the supratrochlear and retinal artery may only require 0.04–0.1ml to cause a vascular compromise. In other words: know your anatomy, and be professionally nervous at all times.Treatment performed by @bougie_injector at Bougie Aesthetics, Fort Worth, Texas.
Radiesse
Radiesse was used for this midface enhancement. Notice how his bi-zygomatic with doesn’t equal or match his bi-gonial width. So the goal was to balance out his face by using 2 syringes of #radiesse. Cannula technique was used, 22g 2 inch.
Brow lift
Look at this radiant skin! This is a two week follow up appointment from having a toxin treatment. Look at the fine lines (11’s & forehead) and how much they have improved.
Brow lift
#browlift using toxin. This was my cat eye injection pattern that I like to do, and involves about 3 or 4 injection points. Dosage and cost varies.
Radiesse Sculptra Dysport
As we age our face becomes more square and she complained of her face “sagging.”
Facial Slimming Radiesse Lip Filler Xeomin
#xeomin for facial slimming (temples & jaw), and full face toxin.
