Jawline filler Lip filler

Jawline, chin, mid face, downward turn of the mouth, lips and nasolabial fold treated. Appreciate how the lower portion of her face now appears shorter and sharper in the after photo. Many times people will come in and complain that their face looks droopy and longer. You have to understand that the problem resides in the upper and middle part of the face and we age lateral to medial in a swooshing downwards motion. Honestly, she’s a surgical facelift candidate and she knows this, but isn’t ready to go under the knife.  Given that she may have surgery one day I chose to use Radiesse in her jawline as I’ve heard from plastic surgeons that HA filler in the jawline over a long period of time can make the area doughy. Making it harder for them to perform the surgery due to poor tissue integrity. Radiesse and Sculptra are collagen stimulators and can strengthen the tissue making the surgeons job much easier. It’s our job as a practitioner to think of the patient in the long term and not in the moment.
