What’s your take on lip ratios? Trends like 60/40 or 40/60, or even even 50/50 are popular, but I personally prefer lips that follow the natural anatomical flow of the chin-to-nose ratio. For this patient, what are your thoughts, what do you think? Too much? Too little? Not enough change? Just perfect?

Radiesse was used for this midface enhancement. Notice how his bi-zygomatic with doesn’t equal or match his bi-gonial width. So the goal was to balance out his face by using 2 syringes of #radiesse. Cannula technique was used, 22g 2 inch.
