Lutronic Ultra Laser
Lutronic ultra is a thulium laser that is non ablative and excellent for treating pigmented lesions. I’ve heard of people having their malasma get worse with IPLS but this isn’t an IPL nor does it treat like an IPL. The Ultra targets water instead of pigment resulting in a more even treatment. Treatments are customizable from mild to aggressive. There’s virtually no downtime. Numbing cream isn’t needed but we do provide it. The results you see here are after just one treatment plus taking hydroquinone.
Radiesse
Radiesse was used for this midface enhancement. Notice how his bi-zygomatic with doesn’t equal or match his bi-gonial width. So the goal was to balance out his face by using 2 syringes of #radiesse. Cannula technique was used, 22g 2 inch.
