HOW TO TREAT CROOKED SMILE caused by mandibular nerve injury, stroke victim, Bells Palsy, or toxin accidentally spread to opposing muscle? Inject 2 units of Botox/Xeomin or 5 units of Dysport into the depressor labii inferioris muscle. As you can tell by these gorgeous lips this is my client💋. When injecting her DAO muscles product (neuromodulator) possibly migrated to the surrounding muscle (DLI). This can happen from poor injection technique, patient accidentally rubs the area of injections, or even lays down after injections and doesn’t wait 4 hours. Even though she was fine with it, I wasn’t. So I’m fixing it and I wanted to share this with you guys just incase this happens to you. Feel free to DM for any questions.

RADIESSE 2 syringes. One Hyperdiluted and the other straight Radiesse. Mid face and lateral cheek volume correction.

4 syringes of Radiesse was used for jawline, cheeks, chin, and nasolabial folds. 1 syringe of Kysse was used for the lips.
Dissolver Restylane Defyne
Upper lip dissolved because she has lost the border from migrated filler. Refilled with full syringe of Restylane Defyne.
