Neurotoxin
Can you spot the improvement??? Ever notice a little bulge under the lower eyelid when you smile? For some, that’s the orbicularis oculi muscle at work, and in the right candidate, a touch of neurotoxin (aka a “jelly roll” treatment) can soften it for a refreshed look without using fillers. 💉✨This works best when the bulge is muscle-related. If it’s from fat pads, skin laxity, or puffiness, this treatment may not help, and could make it worse. That’s why an in-person assessment is key. Radiesse was used for this midface enhancement. Notice how his bi-zygomatic with doesn’t equal or match his bi-gonial width. So the goal was to balance out his face by using 2 syringes of #radiesse. Cannula technique was used, 22g 2 inch.
