PDO Threads
So you don’t want to do dermal fillers for the under eyes? How about threads? @_bougieaesthetics you’ve got options. In this treatment I used 30g PDO threads (blunt tip). These are very small threads that add support to the upper and lower periorbital rim, and fills in those hollowed looking eyes.

Radiesse was used for this midface enhancement. Notice how his bi-zygomatic with doesn’t equal or match his bi-gonial width. So the goal was to balance out his face by using 2 syringes of #radiesse. Cannula technique was used, 22g 2 inch.
