Peri-oral correction using dermal filler to emulate fat pads in the ergotrid (area above the upper lip). She had poor dentition which made her face appear sunken in. #sculptra down on bone in the pyroform and canine fossa would also be a great treatment for anyone having maxillary and mandibular bone loss.
Radiesse - B&A 30
Radiesse was used for this midface enhancement. Notice how his bi-zygomatic with doesn’t equal or match his bi-gonial width. So the goal was to balance out his face by using 2 syringes of #radiesse. Cannula technique was used, 22g 2 inch.
