Platelet Rich Fibrin Matrix was used to achieve these outcomes. Client originally had dermal filler in her under eyes that we dissolved. Once dissolved she didn’t want filler again and wanted to try a natural approach. These before and afters are two months apart from one another. In the after photo she’s 8 weeks post the first treatment and 4 weeks post the second. I obtained this photo on her third treatment which means she will have even more improvement than this. I like to do a series of three treatments one month apart for three months. Punch biopsy studies show that PRFM grows new blood vessel formation, collagen, and even small amounts of fat.

Restylane L
Restylane L for tear trough area with cannula technique. This is her before and after at the two week follow up. Cannula Technique on a patient with under eye bags can lead to swelling. I have my patients take Zyrtec 10mg for 5 days along with icing the under eye on and off for the first 24 hours. This helps tremendously.
Kybella
#kybella was used to dissolve fat under the chin. It is FDA approved for this area.
