PRFM Filler Combo
She did 3 rounds of PRFM (platelet rich fibrin matrix) #selphylprfm and loved the results. Though she loved the results, I thought we could do better. So I mixed PRFM & revanesse versa in the same syringe and placed it superficially and supraperiosteal. Why Versa? Versa is known for not being hydrophilic (pulling water).

Radiesse was used for this midface enhancement. Notice how his bi-zygomatic with doesn’t equal or match his bi-gonial width. So the goal was to balance out his face by using 2 syringes of #radiesse. Cannula technique was used, 22g 2 inch.
