In this case, I supported her anterior cheek and lateral zygoma with Radiesse under the muscle to improve support at the zygomatic ligament and create a softer cheek contour. This foundation helps address the underlying anatomy affecting the under-eye area.While treatments like EZ Gel PRF offer quick results, they don’t fix the skeletal or muscular factors long-term. Surgical options, like lower eyelid blephs or midface lifts, provide more durable results but come with downtime. Investing in surgery upfront can often be more cost-effective and long-lasting, especially when combined with skincare, PRP, chemical peels or laser treatments.We recommended consulting with oculoplastic surgery for a permanent fix, but the short-term EZ Gel PRF gave her immediate improvement. Remember—short-term fixes are helpful, but lasting, transformative results often come from addressing the root cause.

Restylane L for tear trough area with cannula technique. This is her before and after at the two week follow up. Cannula Technique on a patient with under eye bags can lead to swelling. I have my patients take Zyrtec 10mg for 5 days along with icing the under eye on and off for the first 24 hours. This helps tremendously.

#kybella was used to dissolve fat under the chin. It is FDA approved for this area.
