This patient is in her late 40s and was noticing changes through the midface, jawline, temples, lips, and lower face.
What we are really seeing is a combination of:
Maxillary retrusion
Mandibular retrusion
Loss of deep medial cheek fat
Temple hollowing
Soft tissue deflation
Loss of structural support around the mouth, chin, and jawline
For this treatment, we used a combination of Radiesse and Belotero to restore support and soften the transition zones of the face.

The goal was not to make her look “filled.” The goal was to restore the structural support that has changed with aging and create a softer, more balanced, refreshed version of her.

KYBELLA did this jawline 🤟🏻. Injected Kybella into jowl region to melt the fat and also used it to enhance the gonial angle of the jawline. Cannula and needle techniques were both used. I was blown away when I saw her at the follow up.
