Radiesse, Belotero
This patient is in her late 40s and was noticing changes through the midface, jawline, temples, lips, and lower face.
What we are really seeing is a combination of:
Maxillary retrusion
Mandibular retrusion
Loss of deep medial cheek fat
Temple hollowing
Soft tissue deflation
Loss of structural support around the mouth, chin, and jawline
For this treatment, we used a combination of Radiesse and Belotero to restore support and soften the transition zones of the face.
Treatment performed:
4 syringes Radiesse
2 syringes Belotero
Radiesse was used for:
Deep nasolabial support with pyriform and canine fossa placement
Temple crest support with supraperiosteal placement
Cheek supportJawline contour
Chin support
Belotero was used for:
Lips
Temple hollowing with subdermal placement
The goal was not to make her look “filled.” The goal was to restore the structural support that has changed with aging and create a softer, more balanced, refreshed version of her.
When done correctly, filler should not just chase lines. It should restore the foundation.
Natural.
Balanced.
Supported.
Lip filler
What’s your take on lip ratios? Trends like 60/40 or 40/60, or even even 50/50 are popular, but I personally prefer lips that follow the natural anatomical flow of the chin-to-nose ratio.
Belotero Balance
Forehead filler? Yes—when done right, it’s subtle, sophisticated, and powerful.

Botox Sculptra
Not everybody needs to get everything done — and that’s okay. This is a perfect example of someone who simply wanted to see what full-face Botox was like, along with a touch of #sculptra and filler in small areas like her lips.
Lip filler
Why are lips the most sought-after feature in aesthetics? Historically, lips symbolize youth, vitality, and sensuality—enhanced naturally or with filler, they boost confidence and allure.

Grateful to help my gorgeous client achieve a natural, refreshed look with soft lips, gentle cheeks, and brightened under eyes all from using primarily a regenerative portfolio of treatments. Love seeing her glow! DM me for your own questions or thoughts. Both pictures with makeup on.
Sculptra
Injectable treatments, especially biostimulatory products like Sculptra, are highly individual results depend on each person’s response.
Botox
Through dynamic assessment and targeted Botox myo-modulation, I’ve been able to refine and enhance my client’s natural beauty. By evaluating muscle activity during movement, and understanding some of her hypertrophied facial muscles we were able to soften them for a beautiful soft outcome.
Sculptra
What I love most about these results is that she still looks like herself — just beautifully enhanced. Improvements include the lid-cheek junction, under-eye area, nasolabial folds, and chin shadow. I’ve also been exploring treatment of hypertrophic temporalis and masseter muscles to soften the face’s bulk while maintaining natural function — creating a balanced, look.
