Radiesse & Belotero - B&A 2
This patient is in her late 40s and was noticing changes through the midface, jawline, temples, lips, and lower face.
What we are really seeing is a combination of:
Maxillary retrusion
Mandibular retrusion
Loss of deep medial cheek fat
Temple hollowing
Soft tissue deflation
Loss of structural support around the mouth, chin, and jawline
For this treatment, we used a combination of Radiesse and Belotero to restore support and soften the transition zones of the face.
Treatment performed:
4 syringes Radiesse
2 syringes Belotero
Radiesse was used for:
Deep nasolabial support with pyriform and canine fossa placement
Temple crest support with supraperiosteal placement

Belotero was used for:
Lips
Temple hollowing with subdermal placement
The goal was not to make her look “filled.” The goal was to restore the structural support that has changed with aging and create a softer, more balanced, refreshed version of her.
When done correctly, filler should not just chase lines. It should restore the foundation.

Radiesse - B&A 30
Radiesse was used for this midface enhancement. Notice how his bi-zygomatic with doesn’t equal or match his bi-gonial width. So the goal was to balance out his face by using 2 syringes of #radiesse. Cannula technique was used, 22g 2 inch.
