✨ Real talk✨This patient came in for chin projection using Radiesse + Dysport. My technique is to use Dysport like a hammock—keeping the Radiesse in place by reducing unwanted muscle pull.In this case, the product spread into the DLI muscle, creating a temporary crooked smile (happens in about 10% of cases with this combo). Since I was out of town, she saw Hayle, who placed 5 units in the opposing DLI to correct it—smile restored ✅.I always give my patients my personal number so they can reach me directly if anything comes up.
