Radiesse Dysport
✨ Real talk✨This patient came in for chin projection using Radiesse + Dysport. My technique is to use Dysport like a hammock—keeping the Radiesse in place by reducing unwanted muscle pull.In this case, the product spread into the DLI muscle, creating a temporary crooked smile (happens in about 10% of cases with this combo). Since I was out of town, she saw Hayle, who placed 5 units in the opposing DLI to correct it—smile restored ✅.I always give my patients my personal number so they can reach me directly if anything comes up. She contacted me, and we resolved it quickly.I’m sharing this to help other providers recognize and manage this situation—it’s not a complication, it’s an expected possibility that has a straightforward fix.

Radiesse was used for this midface enhancement. Notice how his bi-zygomatic with doesn’t equal or match his bi-gonial width. So the goal was to balance out his face by using 2 syringes of #radiesse. Cannula technique was used, 22g 2 inch.
