Client came to me requesting to have his lower face masculinized. In the before (upper) picture you can see his bigonial width (jaw) is narrow and his chin is pointed. These are feminine features, V-shaped face. To masculinize him I widened the bigonial width (jaw) and squared off his chin. This has been done over 3 sessions.
