I enhanced the anterior and lateral cheeks with Radiesse under the muscle on the periosteum (bone), improving the lid-cheek junction for a more defined, masculine and refreshed contour.I treated the under-eye with EZ Gel PRF, with plans for a follow-up & retreat in 6 weeks. Sculptra in the temples and a temporal brow lift created balanced, squared, masculine features, and slight improvements in jowling. Future plans include Sculptra multi-point injection pattern, additional PRF, and options for laser or chemical peels. His results are already impressive, and further improvements are ahead. Grateful for his trust and excited for what’s next!

She also didn’t like her “double chin” so I placed #radiessefiller in the chin and prejowl area. Cannula and needle technique was used.

Restylane L
Restylane L for tear trough area with cannula technique. This is her before and after at the two week follow up. Cannula Technique on a patient with under eye bags can lead to swelling. I have my patients take Zyrtec 10mg for 5 days along with icing the under eye on and off for the first 24 hours. This helps tremendously.
Kybella
#kybella was used to dissolve fat under the chin. It is FDA approved for this area.
