Sculptra

3 month before and after with our Sculptra Multipoint Technique. This technique addresses multiple areas (up to 10) of the face to achieve a harmonious outcome.

How is this different from any other #sculptra treatment you ask? We target the areas of the face in congruence with the decade in which you are aging. For example, maxillary bone loss begins as early as age 30 and by the age of 55 you will have an average of a 6.5mm recession of this area. Not to mention the mandible, temporal fossa (temple hollow), periorbital (eye bone), ramus (jawline), and zygoma (cheek bone) which is why this is a multipoint approach.

No research proves that Sculptra creates bone but anecdotally we are seeing it year after year. This could be due to the fact that we are placing collagen scaffolds in these areas. BTW, bones are made of collagen and hydroxyapatite. So why does the face look lifted? By placing the collagen scaffold on bone and under the muscle this will lift the face.

Can neurotox like #botox#dysport®#xeomin® help minimize upper eyelid hooding? Here’s an example of realistic expectations. So how does this happen? Injecting into the muscle that surrounds the eye (orbicularis oculi) and not injecting the forehead muscle (frontalis) to allow it to lift the brow. If you’re wanting more improvement than what is posted here then I’ll refer you to Oculoplastics @drvrcek for a surgical consultation.
