Treating temporal hollowing. This is usually caused by atrophy of the superficial temporal fat pad but can also be caused by significant weight loss. If you are going to get your cheeks treated make sure you also have the temples addressed. No one likes the 🥜 peanut look, lol.

Radiesse was used for this midface enhancement. Notice how his bi-zygomatic with doesn’t equal or match his bi-gonial width. So the goal was to balance out his face by using 2 syringes of #radiesse. Cannula technique was used, 22g 2 inch.
