Sculptra

Sculptra 7 Point Technique aka Precise Sculpt as termed by @shinobay was used here. I learned this technique back in January and have already done over 50 cases with this pattern. Prior to this method I injected it the FDA approval way.  Many of my patients have been injected in both patterns, so I’ve asked them which they prefer? They have ruled the HD Sculpt (7 Point Technique) to be more effective and superior to the later.  Why?  One observation is the lifting effect you get by injecting it so deep, under the muscle. Interestingly, you still get that “Sculptra Glow” even when injected so deeply. I’ve asked Shino about this and he stated “I believe the osteoblasts and fibroblasts communicate to one another.” In other words, the bone cells and skin cells talk to each other.
