Check out our own beautiful @thebougieesthetician refreshed look! 👇We performed a temporal brow lift with Sculptra + Dysport around the eyes — just enough to softly elevate the brows and reveal more of her natural upper eyelid. Look closely… the enhancement is real but never overdone 👁️ 😊We also used Radiesse deep along the bone of her midface, under the muscle along anterior cheek and canine fossa and the pyriform fossa. I credit @bougie_injector teaching me the importance of addressing the canine fossa and this has changed my outcomes tremendously. If you look closely she is not too volumized, but rather brighter appearing with good support to the Midface — giving her that lifted (contoured), rested glow (without adding “fullness”).👑 And of course, my favorite chin augmentation technique using just one submental (under the chin) cannula entry. Projection + chin shadow = beautiful harmony. Finished with Radiesse to the gonial angle for that refined jawline contour. My last comment, many ask me if I ultrasound all my patients before injecting and the answer is yes, high risk areas get scanned and that is just my safety threshold not a false sense of security because I have now taken care of many outside complications and I am always humbled we as clinicians need to make sure our patients know the risk vs outcome and the variability of each individual anatomy. I thank God I have been around ultrasound for many years and trained with some of the best in the world and it has seamlessly transitioned into my aesthetic practice pattern. Liquid Rhinoplasty
LIQUID RHINOPLASTY with #restylane. I used restylane l for my nonsurgical nose jobs because this product has been around for 25 years, has a high G prime, and dissolves easier than most fillers. Why does this matter? It’s stood the test of time, high G prime is what gives the nose the lift and support, and since the nose is the most dangerous area on the face to inject dissolvability means everything.
Hair Restoration
PRFM (platelet rich fibrin matrix) results. Client had 3 sessions. Once a month for three months. In this photo he’s 5 months out. He’s also been taking #nutrafol supplements (pills and exosome serum) since he started the plasma treatments.
Lip filler
Took us two separate sessions to achieve this outcome. 8/21 we did a full syringe of #restylanekysse and 11/21 we did 1/2 syringe of #restylanecontour.

PRFM
Platelet Rich Fibrin Matrix was used to achieve these outcomes. Client originally had dermal filler in her under eyes that we dissolved. Once dissolved she didn’t want filler again and wanted to try a natural approach.

Full syringe of Volbella for these beauties. When using Juvaderm products I will stay on label. By “on label” for those that don’t know, means it’s FDA approval. My sweet client flys in from Florida 2 times a year for “all the things..” So great to see her again.

Radiesse
4 syringe #liquidfacelift with #radiesse®. Treatment was done in two sessions. First session, 1 syringe HD Radiesse mid face. Second session,3 syringes non-diluted was used for midface (medial cheek, nasolabial fold, lateral cheek) and chin. As for the chin, I wanted to correct some of the bone reabsorption and fat loss in the labiomandibular crease and balance out the lower one third of the face by providing anterior and downward projection. All injections were done using cannula technique to secure safety and minimize bruising. Please understand that she’s slightly swollen post injection related to the inflammatory response that Radiesse causes.
Hair Restoration
PRFM ( @selphylprfm ) injections once a month for 3 months straight. The last photo is his 3 month follow up visit picture.
