Treatment performed:
• Sculptra was used to restore facial support and stimulate collagen in the:
Deep pyriform space (maxillary recession)
Canine fossa (maxillary recession)
Deep mental fat pad of the chin (chin shadow from mandibular retrusion)
Preauricular deep dermis (on-label for skin quality improvement)
• Restylane Contour (on-label) was placed in the temples to restore volume and improve upper facial support.
• Belotero Balance was used off-label to address upper eyelid hollowing. If treating within the Galderma portfolio, Restylane-L can also be considered as an off-label option in experienced hands.
• Restylane Defyne (on-label) provided structural support to the chin.
• Restylane Refyne was used to softly enhance and hydrate the lips while preserving natural movement.
• Dysport was performed as a comprehensive full-face treatment to soften dynamic wrinkles while maintaining facial expression.
The result is improved facial balance, softer transitions between facial subunits, restored volume where aging has depleted it, and a fresher appearance that still looks completely like her.

2 syringes of Restylane-L was used with cannula and needle technique for her first session.

Gummy smile and lip flip combo. When you smile, the bottom part of your top lip should line up with the top of your teeth.
Liquid Rhinoplasty
Narrowed the bridge and camouflaged the hump in this #liquidrhinoplasty.
Dermal fillers
4 syringes of #dermalfillers used for #facialbalancing. Filler was placed in temples, cheeks, anterior jawline, and chin. Both needle and cannula techniques were used.
Lip filler
It’s amazing what a 1/2 syringe can do when choosing the right product and knowing where just to put it.

Full syringe of #vollure for this #gorgeousgirl. My goal was to give her a sharp, crisp look without much volume. Vollure was the perfect choice 👍🏻.
Lip filler
This is session 1 for this beauty. With M-shaped lips 👄 this small, I inject them in 2 to 3 sessions in order to get the desired outcome. Majority of the filler was placed in the upper lip. Techniques used...fencing, hashtag, and linear threads.
