Clients concern was recessed chin, cobblestone appearance, and pre-jowl shadowing. #revanesseversa was placed in the subdermal plane for these corrections. Tower technique or Snowman technique was used for projection. This will last around a year.

Difficult #teartroughfiller case. Normally I’d refer the patient out to #oculoplastics but she wasn’t interested in surgery. Thanks to some advanced training I learned from @dr_robyn_sip I was willing and able. My product choice was Restylane L with cannula and needle technique.

This lovely lady has maxillary bone retention from poor dentition, TMJ, and bruxism (grinding teeth). As you can see the ergotrid (area above the mouth) is recessed. I used #revanesseversa in that area and in her lips to give her a more youthful appearance.
Radiesse Plus
Radiesse Plus with cannula Technique for this anterior jawline contouring. She’s swollen in this photo and will most likely need one more treatment in a few months. After the second treatment it will last her over a year. Later this year we will be doing fat dissolver in this area so stay tuned.

The skin will continue to improve over the year and the results will last 3-6 years. Once the new collagen is produced it’s there for years. This photo was taken at her 6 wk appointment for another treatment. Possibly doing a total of 3 so stayed tuned for further results.
