Tear Trough Filler

teartroughfillers used to correct her #undereyes . She’s a great example of a “true” tear trough vs a “pseudo” tear trough. True is a genetic predisposition that notices at an early age. Pseudo is caused from aging and is noticed around age 35 from losing mid face volume that leads to the formation.  There’s a systematic approach to both. In this case I used a full syringe of #restylane L with cannula technique to minimize bruising

Surgeon:

Clients concern was recessed chin, cobblestone appearance, and pre-jowl shadowing. #revanesseversa was placed in the subdermal plane for these corrections. Tower technique or Snowman technique was used for projection. This will last around a year.

Tear Trough Filler

Surgeon:

Difficult #teartroughfiller case. Normally I’d refer the patient out to #oculoplastics but she wasn’t interested in surgery. Thanks to some advanced training I learned from @dr_robyn_sip I was willing and able. My product choice was Restylane L with cannula and needle technique.

RF Microneedling Lutronic Genius

Surgeon:

RF Microneedling with Lutronic Genius before and after 6 weeks later. I’m surprised she’s seeing results this quickly because most patients see them 3 to 6 months later. The skin will continue to improve over the year and the results will last 3-6 years. Once the new collagen is produced it’s there for years.  This photo was taken at her 6 wk appointment for another treatment. Possibly doing a total of 3 so stayed tuned for further results.

Dysport

Surgeon:

Close up pics of the full face #dysport® treatment.
