This is a perfect example of ultrasound-guided accuracy in dissolving dermal filler. This client struggled with a persistent pocket in the anterior cheek for years—despite multiple prior dissolving attempts elsewhere. Using real-time imaging, I was able to identify subtle filler transition into the superficial medial cheek fat—a common but often missed culprit for puffiness.Fun fact: This was actually one of my very first ultrasound-guided Hylenex cases from almost three years ago.
