Ultrasound-Guided Filler Dissolving (Hyaluronidase Injection) - B&A 2
This is a perfect example of ultrasound-guided accuracy in dissolving dermal filler. This client struggled with a persistent pocket in the anterior cheek for years—despite multiple prior dissolving attempts elsewhere. Using real-time imaging, I was able to identify subtle filler transition into the superficial medial cheek fat—a common but often missed culprit for puffiness.Fun fact: This was actually one of my very first ultrasound-guided Hylenex cases from almost three years ago. Having spent nearly a decade working with ultrasound in various clinical settings, I’ve gained a lot of experience along the way.I recently came across this image again and felt inspired to share it. Radiesse was used for this midface enhancement. Notice how his bi-zygomatic with doesn’t equal or match his bi-gonial width. So the goal was to balance out his face by using 2 syringes of #radiesse. Cannula technique was used, 22g 2 inch.
