This patient came to me just five days before a big event, concerned about swelling under her right eye. What you see isn’t just a quick fix, it’s meticulous planning, understanding her unique anatomy, and respecting her natural beauty.In the initial photo, notice how her right eye appears smaller when she smiles — a subtle sign of underlying restriction affecting her expression. My goal was to address only her right side (problem area for her, addressing everything else after her big event) avoiding unnecessary bruising or downtime. The following images, captured with Clarius ultrasound, reveal what most might mistake for filler — but in reality, it was a blood vessel. EW ACNE TREATMENT! Neurotoxin (Xeomin) was used for this acne treatment. So how does it work? Stops sebaceous glands from producing oil and new research is showing that it is blocking inflammation. I don’t understand the pharmacokinetics behind this but who cares, lol. It works and it works FAST!
Restylane Refyne x Defyne
Refyne Defyne combo. Used Defyne to plump bottom lip and create the “key hole.” Refyne was used for the top lip to line and shape. Defyne is thicker and as you can see she needed more volume on the bottom.
Xeomin
Hyperdiluted Xeomin (neurotox like Botox) was used to treat this acute acne breakout. The picture on the right is before and left is just 24 hours later. Such a quick response. These injections are not for novice injectors. The smile muscles are just below the surface and if you get neurotox into them it can mess up their smile.

Toxin Brow Lift. Strategically placing toxin into the orbicularis oculi muscle to stop the circumferential contractility and not putting toxin in the frontalis muscle (forehead) pulls the brow upwards. Not everyone is a candidate related the look it might achieve, and it’s also contingent on the lifting strength of the forehead.
PRFM
PRFM (Platelet Rich Fibrin Matrix) under eye treatment. He’s only 4 weeks post his 1st treatment and will be getting a series of 3. Each treatment will produce collagen, fat, and blood vessel formation over the next 10 weeks. Though the results aren’t as fast as HA fillers, this is an all natural approach and don’t have to worry about the issues that come with fillers. Results will last over a year. Procedure involves drawing your blood, spinning it down, and then activated it to make the fibrin matrix. The fibrin matrix is then injected into the undereyes with a cannula. This procedure takes less than 5 minutes. Most patients don’t even bruise.
