Ultrasound-Guided Hyaluronidase (Filler Dissolving)
HA Filler— Probable Late Onset Granuloma with Edema/Swelling. Ultrasound dissolving Case. This lovely patient was referred to me by a thoughtful injector after noticing a moderate granulomatous nodule that developed years after HA filler—not even in the undereye! After a virtual consult, I suspected late-onset granuloma, based on her clinical presentation.Fun fact: We animate our faces 10,000–20,000 times per day—smiling, frowning, talking—which explains why filler injected superficially or in large volumes can shift along paths of least resistance, especially over time.I started her on doxycycline pre-treatment (1-2 days before) given the small area of redness and tenderness she experienced, followed by targeted ultrasound-guided hyaluronidase to dissolve. This is a true before-and-after from the same day— after dissolving. 🙌 Grateful to my patient for letting us share her journey, and hats off to the injector who did the right thing by referring her over. This is the kind of collaboration that lifts our industry, happy for the patient and look forward for her to return to her injector. 📆 Follow-up in 1–2 weeks.
Chin Augmentation
Chin augmentation with 2 syringes of Versa. Cannula and needle technique was used.
Xeomin
Her request was for me to lift her brows, correct the left eye when she smiles, and smooth out her chin.
Lip filler
Pre injection, next day, and 4 months after. Client was kind enough to sent me these.
Chin filler
Clients concern was recessed chin, cobblestone appearance, and pre-jowl shadowing. #revanesseversa was placed in the subdermal plane for these corrections. Tower technique or Snowman technique was used for projection. This will last around a year.
Tear Trough Filler
Difficult #teartroughfiller case. Normally I’d refer the patient out to #oculoplastics but she wasn’t interested in surgery. Thanks to some advanced training I learned from @dr_robyn_sip I was willing and able. My product choice was Restylane L with cannula and needle technique.
BBL
#nonsurgicalbbl with #radiesse . This is a 3 month follow up appointment post injections with touch up for the #hipdips .
Radiesse Restylane Refyne & Defyne
#radiesse for chin augmentation. #restylanedefyne and #restylanerefyne for lips. After photo is right after injections so she’s swollen. Looking forward to seeing how it all settles.
PRFM Hair Restoration with Nutrafol
PRFM Hair Restoration & Nutrafol supplement before and after results.
Revanessa Versa
This lovely lady has maxillary bone retention from poor dentition, TMJ, and bruxism (grinding teeth). As you can see the ergotrid (area above the mouth) is recessed. I used #revanesseversa in that area and in her lips to give her a more youthful appearance.
Radiesse Plus
Radiesse Plus with cannula Technique for this anterior jawline contouring. She’s swollen in this photo and will most likely need one more treatment in a few months. After the second treatment it will last her over a year. Later this year we will be doing fat dissolver in this area so stay tuned.
Lip filler
Lip flip and a little filler can go a long way! If you smile and your upper lip tucks under then you are the PERFECT candidate
RF Microneedling Lutronic Genius
RF Microneedling with Lutronic Genius before and after 6 weeks later. I’m surprised she’s seeing results this quickly because most patients see them 3 to 6 months later. The skin will continue to improve over the year and the results will last 3-6 years. Once the new collagen is produced it’s there for years. This photo was taken at her 6 wk appointment for another treatment. Possibly doing a total of 3 so stayed tuned for further results.
