Undereye filler
She refused to have lower eyelid bleph as I recommended so I had to do the best I could. Learning from @doctor_sip over the years and her advanced techniques has given the skill set to handle these difficult cases. Cannula technique with Restylane L was used. The cannula can be used to partially release or loosen the orbicularis retaining ligament laying the Resty in as you subcise. Watching plastic surgeons like @drvrcek helped me to better understand this once seeing lower eyelid blephs performed in the OR setting.
Radiesse
Radiesse was used for this midface enhancement. Notice how his bi-zygomatic with doesn’t equal or match his bi-gonial width. So the goal was to balance out his face by using 2 syringes of #radiesse. Cannula technique was used, 22g 2 inch.

Look at this radiant skin! This is a two week follow up appointment from having a toxin treatment. Look at the fine lines (11’s & forehead) and how much they have improved.
