Upper Eyelid Filler
Upper eyelid hollowing is one of those aging changes that can make the eyes look tired, heavy, or more “sunken” even when the patient feels rested.
As we age, we lose fat and structural support around the upper eyelid, brow, and temple region. This can create hollowing above the eye and a more skeletonized appearance around the orbital rim.
This patient was treated with upper eyelid filler to help restore the volume loss in the hollow upper eye area. This is a very advanced procedure and not something that should be treated casually. It requires a strong understanding of anatomy, conservative placement, and careful patient selection.
For transparency, this patient also received temple filler and toxin treatment, which helped support the overall upper-face result.
The goal was not to change her eyes or make her look overfilled. The goal was to softly replace what time has taken away and restore a smoother, more rested upper-eye transition.
When performed correctly, upper eyelid filler can help:
Improve upper eyelid hollowingSoften a tired or sunken appearance
Restore lost volume around the orbital frame
Improve the transition from temple to brow to upper eyelid
Create a more refreshed appearance without surgery
This is not a beginner filler area. This is an advanced treatment that should only be performed by experienced injectors who understand the anatomy and risks of the upper eyelid and periorbital region.

Dermal filler
As you age your face will shift lateral to medial. Which means that areas around your mouth can change. Using dermal filler in this area can provide support.
Radiesse
She requested that she wanted a subtle change to help her from looking tired and droopy. Placed #radiesse up under the ZCL for lift of the mid face and also in subcutaneous tissue for definition. She also didn’t like her “double chin” so I placed #radiessefiller in the chin and prejowl area. Cannula and needle technique was used.
Cheek filler Chin filler Facial Slimming
#vshapedface with #cheekfiller#chinfiller#facialslimming . Cheeks are swollen from Radiesse which will subside in 2 to 3 days. #hafiller#restylanelyft was used for the chin. #xeomin® was used for #browlift#facialslimming#skin . #rha3 was used for lips.
Restylane L
Restylane L for tear trough area with cannula technique. This is her before and after at the two week follow up. Cannula Technique on a patient with under eye bags can lead to swelling. I have my patients take Zyrtec 10mg for 5 days along with icing the under eye on and off for the first 24 hours. This helps tremendously.
Kybella
#kybella was used to dissolve fat under the chin. It is FDA approved for this area.
Radiesse Restylane Kysse
High Cheekbone Pop with #radiesse She requested for the corner of her eye to be slightly lifted.
PRFM Filler Combo
She did 3 rounds of PRFM (platelet rich fibrin matrix) #selphylprfm and loved the results.
Ultra XC
Full syringe of UltraXC. Ultra XC is FDA approved for the lips and provides a soft natural appearance.
Lip filler
1/2 syringe yearly touch up for this beauty. She’s been with me for over 3 years now and look how natural her lips still look. We’ve been using dermal fillers in the @galderma family since year one. I can’t stress enough how important it is to pick the right product for the lips. All fillers aren’t the same and don’t let anyone tell you differently.
Frontoplasty with Belotero
His concern was that he didn’t like the concavity of his forehead and wanted a smoother appearance. #frontoplasty with #beloterobalance#cannulatechnique used to reassure safety. This is an advanced technique and not recommended for novice injectors. Instructional credit goes to @drjanivanloghem
