Xeomin again for Lip flip, DAO (Marionette area) and Mentalis (chin dimples) to soften not only the wrinkles but to reduce the contraction of the muscles to promote a subtle but favorable response. All injectors who do full face Botox can appreciate when all of it comes together. Here this Pt is attempting to recreate her frown 2 weeks after her injections. Notice how her top lip still nicely everts even when attempting to frown downward.
Radiesse
Radiesse was used for this midface enhancement. Notice how his bi-zygomatic with doesn’t equal or match his bi-gonial width. So the goal was to balance out his face by using 2 syringes of #radiesse. Cannula technique was used, 22g 2 inch.
