Hyperdiluted Xeomin (neurotox like Botox) was used to treat this acute acne breakout. The picture on the right is before and left is just 24 hours later. Such a quick response. These injections are not for novice injectors. The smile muscles are just below the surface and if you get neurotox into them it can mess up their smile. I’ve studied extensively and have paid for advanced training to perform this treatment. Please seek someone skilled and trained. So why does this work so well? Botox, Xeomin, and Dysport (neurotoxin) stops the sebaceous glands from producing oil to prevent further breakouts, and new studies show there’s anti-inflammatory properties as well.

Radiesse was used for this midface enhancement. Notice how his bi-zygomatic with doesn’t equal or match his bi-gonial width. So the goal was to balance out his face by using 2 syringes of #radiesse. Cannula technique was used, 22g 2 inch.
