About Ryan Bourgeois, FNP-C
Ryan’s passion for art started at a young age. In high school, he won multiple awards for his portrait designs in etching, pastels, and lead. Coming into his college years, he had to make a career choice to provide for himself in the years ahead. He chose the medical path as his family members had before him. His goal was to become a Registered Nurse.

His Journey
His compassionate heart and his drive for adrenaline led him to Emergency Medicine. Another reason he became a Registered Nurse was to help him fulfill his dream of moving to California to pursue acting in soap operas. His parents told him that the only way he could move to California to pursue that dream was to become a Registered Nurse, so he could provide for himself while pursuing his acting dream. Within 1 year of moving to California, he landed roles as an extra on the soap operas General Hospital and Days of Our Lives. His acting career on General Hospital and Days of Our Lives progressed from an extra to a U/5 (5 lines or fewer) and then to a Day Player. He was also the medical consultant for both shows, collaborating with directors and actors to enhance believability. A beautiful mixture of art and medicine…

His Way
With his roots being planted in Texas, he decided to return, making Fort Worth his new home. Though Ryan’s childhood was spent in Southeast Texas, he felt North Texas had better weather and a more vibrant medical environment. Soon after returning, he decided to resume his studies at the University of Texas at Arlington to complete his baccalaureate, graduating Cum Laude, and then immediately entered the Family Nurse Practitioner program at Texas Tech University.
His Mission
Between working in the ER and going to Texas Tech, he was introduced to aesthetics. Though he thought that when he’d graduate as a Family Nurse Practitioner, he’d be working in the ER, aesthetics blindsided him, and he immediately fell in love. From Botox to PDO threads, he’s learning everything he can about aesthetics to provide the best possible care. Ryan says that when his clients look in the mirror after he’s injected them, he still gets that adrenaline rush as he did saving lives in the ER. His love for art and his passion for medicine have fused into his dream career. With the brain of an artist and the skill set of a nurse, aesthetics is where he belongs.

With a passion for skincare and wellness, Trisha entered the aesthetics field in 2021, leveraging her expertise to enhance individuals’ confidence and skin health. Missy Enos, LVN
My name is Missy Enos. I’m 43 years old and grew up in Glen Rose, Texas. I went to nursing school at Angelina College in Lufkin. Now, I live in Midlothian with my husband, Chet, and our two amazing kids, Casen (13) and Sage (7).
I’ve been a nurse for 23 years, with 12 of those years spent in aesthetics and the last seven focused on injectables. Over time, I’ve learned that this work is about so much more than just appearances. It’s about listening closely, understanding each patient’s goals, creating thoughtful treatment plans that help people feel more like themselves again…and building friendships that last a lifetime.
This career is something I’ve fought hard to protect through seasons of challenge, change, and growth. I believe deeply in the power of feeling confident in your own skin, and it’s a privilege to play a part in that journey for others.
My focus is always on natural, balanced results and building relationships grounded in honesty, care, and trust.
I’m currently seeing patients at Bougie Aesthetics in Fort Worth!! And I’d be honored to help you feel more confident and comfortable in your own skin, too!
