Radiesse
Ryan’s Immediate Before and AftersFor this 48 year old, we used Radiesse, a powerful collagen stimulator (not just a filler) to restore support and definition: • ✅ Mid-cheek (deep medial fat pad loss): restored volume + lift • ✅ Lateral cheek: mimicked bone structure for contour • ✅ Pyriform & canine fossa: corrected age-related midface recession (avg. 7mm loss by age 50) • ✅ Chin: improved shadowing + definition (mandibular recession) • ✅ Plus ½ syringe of Refyne to lips for balance (age related volume loss)📸 These photos are taken immediately after treatment—so some swelling is present and still some numbness around the mouth. ⏳ Duration: Results last 9–12 months, with collagen stimulation continuing even after filler settles. Ryan get’s this done about every 6 months in order to benefit from the accumulative effect. At Bougie Aesthetics, our goal isn’t to change you—it’s to treat age-related changes while keeping you looking like you.
PRP injections for undereyes
This patient had a Halo laser treatment at another practice a couple of months before coming to see me. Laser treatments help kickstart collagen production, and when I performed PRP injections under his eyes, we added concentrated growth factors to support healing and enhance that remodeling process.
Neurotoxin
Strategic neurotoxin placement to soften dynamic movement while maintaining expression, paired with precise dermal filler placement for support and balance.
Tear trough filler brow tail lift (neurotoxins) Chin Augmentation/Chin filler Botox/Dysport
Correct the under eye, lift the tail of the brow, augment the chin, and slim the masseter muscle to balance out the face.
Full face neurotoxin brow lift non-surgical rhinoplasty chin filler lip filler
Full face toxin + brow lift + non-surgical rhino + chin + lips = THIS.
Radiesse, Belotero
This patient is in her late 40s and was noticing changes through the midface, jawline, temples, lips, and lower face. What we are really seeing is a combination of:
Hand filler
Here’s a two week before and after.Simple procedure with literally no downtime unless you bruise. Not painful. Results are immediate and last over a year.
Restylane Defyne (Chin filler)
For this treatment, we used 2 syringes of Restylane Defyne to support and refine the chin. The goal was to soften the labiomandibular crease, also known as the “chin shadow,” while also creating a slightly longer, narrower, and more balanced chin shape.
Sculptra
3 month before and after with our Sculptra Multipoint Technique. This technique addresses multiple areas (up to 10) of the face to achieve a harmonious outcome.
Lip Filler 4
1 ml of Restylane Defyne and 0.2 ml of Restylane Kysse for these beauties.
Sculptra
These beautiful results were achieved using Sculptra Temporal Brow Lift combined with the Sculptra Multipoint Technique. Notice how the brows are naturally lifted, opening and brightening the eyes for a refreshed look. NO TOXIN USED!
Cheek Filler
Lip touch up and cheek pop tester for this beauty. She was on the fence about the cheeks but decided to do a little bit to see if she’d like it. And she loved it.....lol.
Sculptra, Restylane Contour, Belotero Balance, Restylane Defyne, Restylane Refyne, Dysport
Facial Balancing
This is what facial balancing should look like.
Not overdone.
Not obvious.
Not like a different person.
Just softer, fresher, and more supported.
Chin Filler
Chin filler is not just about projection.
Nonsurgical Rhinoplasty
Resty-L was used to hide the hump and sharpen the tip.
The nose is a higher-risk area, so product choice and technique matter. Restylane-L is a hyaluronic acid filler, meaning it can be dissolved with hyaluronidase if needed. That is one of the reasons it can be a thoughtful choice when treating delicate areas where safety and precision are critical.
