Ultrasound-Guided Filler Dissolving (Hyaluronidase Injection)

Transformation in Action: Precision, Care, and Understanding the Art of Aesthetic Medicine and ultrasound. Swipe to see the evolution of understanding what you see on ultrasound and why a methodical approach is necessary for successful and reproducible outcomes. This patient came to me just five days before a big event, concerned about swelling under her right eye. What you see isn’t just a quick fix, it’s meticulous planning, understanding her unique anatomy, and respecting her natural beauty. In the initial photo, notice how her right eye appears smaller when she smiles — a subtle sign of underlying restriction affecting her expression. My goal was to address only her right side (problem area for her, addressing everything else after her big event) avoiding unnecessary bruising or downtime. The following images, captured with Clarius ultrasound, reveal what most might mistake for filler — but in reality, it was a blood vessel. Swiping through, you’ll see the actual filler, superficial edema, and how precise dissolving beneath the surface not only reduced swelling but also restored her natural animation. This procedure took just about 45 minutes (from history taking to physical exam and actual ultrasound guided dissolving), but the impact is lasting — a reminder that understanding anatomy and personalized strategy can transform not just appearances, but confidence. Please respect the intricacies beneath the surface :) A big thank you to my Client for being willing to show this for teaching purposes.

PRP injections for undereyes

Surgeon:

This patient had a Halo laser treatment at another practice a couple of months before coming to see me. Laser treatments help kickstart collagen production, and when I performed PRP injections under his eyes, we added concentrated growth factors to support healing and enhance that remodeling process.

Dysport

Surgeon:

We treated her forehead, glabella, crow’s feet, DAO’s and chin.

Neurotoxin

Surgeon:

Strategic neurotoxin placement to soften dynamic movement while maintaining expression, paired with precise dermal filler placement for support and balance.

Tear trough filler brow tail lift (neurotoxins) Chin Augmentation/Chin filler Botox/Dysport

This patient is in her late 40s and was noticing changes through the midface, jawline, temples, lips, and lower face. What we are really seeing is a combination of:

Hand filler

Restylane Defyne (Chin filler)

This is what facial balancing should look like.

Not overdone.
Not obvious.
Not like a different person.

Just softer, fresher, and more supported.

Chin Filler

Surgeon:

Chin filler is not just about projection.

For this treatment, we used 2 syringes of Restylane Defyne to support and refine the chin. The goal was to soften the labiomandibular crease, also known as the “chin shadow,” while also creating a slightly longer, narrower, and more balanced chin shape.

Sculptra

Surgeon:

3 month before and after with our Sculptra Multipoint Technique. This technique addresses multiple areas (up to 10) of the face to achieve a harmonious outcome.

Nonsurgical Rhinoplasty

Surgeon:

Resty-L was used to hide the hump and sharpen the tip.

The nose is a higher-risk area, so product choice and technique matter. Restylane-L is a hyaluronic acid filler, meaning it can be dissolved with hyaluronidase if needed. That is one of the reasons it can be a thoughtful choice when treating delicate areas where safety and precision are critical.
