Upper Eyelid Filler
Upper eyelid hollowing is one of those aging changes that can make the eyes look tired, heavy, or more “sunken” even when the patient feels rested.
As we age, we lose fat and structural support around the upper eyelid, brow, and temple region. This can create hollowing above the eye and a more skeletonized appearance around the orbital rim.
This patient was treated with upper eyelid filler to help restore the volume loss in the hollow upper eye area. This is a very advanced procedure and not something that should be treated casually. It requires a strong understanding of anatomy, conservative placement, and careful patient selection.
For transparency, this patient also received temple filler and toxin treatment, which helped support the overall upper-face result.
The goal was not to change her eyes or make her look overfilled. The goal was to softly replace what time has taken away and restore a smoother, more rested upper-eye transition.
When performed correctly, upper eyelid filler can help:
Improve upper eyelid hollowingSoften a tired or sunken appearance
Restore lost volume around the orbital frame
Improve the transition from temple to brow to upper eyelid
Create a more refreshed appearance without surgery
This is not a beginner filler area. This is an advanced treatment that should only be performed by experienced injectors who understand the anatomy and risks of the upper eyelid and periorbital region.
Sculptra 7
These photos were taken 18 months apart and show how beautifully PLLA (Poly-L-Lactic Acid) can restore facial volume and support collagen from within.
Jawline Filler 5
2 Syringes of filler to augment the chin and anterior jawline using cannula and needle techniques.
Neurotoxin 2
Neurotoxin strategically placed along the jawline and neck helps improve skin laxity, smooth vertical bands, and restore a more youthful contour.
Dysport
A gentle lift can make a world of difference! Notice how the outer brow arches higher and the eyes appear more open and refreshed — all with a few precise Dysport injections.
Dermal fillers
As we age, the forehead can begin to lose volume due to bone resorption, fat pad shifting, and thinning of the soft tissue, creating a hollow or concave appearance. This often makes the face look more tired or aged—even when the skin itself is smooth.

Cheek Filler 2
Platelet Rich Fibrin Matrix #prfm was used for #teartrough, #nasolabialfolds, and #cheeks. I strategically placed the matrix in these areas to build collagen, fat, and new blood vessels. Though the results look amazing immediately, the swelling will go down in 3 to 5 days bringing her close to baseline. It will take her 3 months to get the full effect of the treatment and will last her 1 to 2 years. This is a great option for patients not wanting to use dermal fillers and are looking for a more natural solution. Since it’s your own blood, it’s impossible for you to have any adverse reactions.
Xeomin Sculptra
Subtle Brow Lift + Radiant Skin ✨This beautiful result was achieved using a combination of Xeomin and Sculptra.

Belotero Xeomin
In this patient, forehead concavity was addressed with Belotero Balance, a smooth hyaluronic acid filler that restores volume and creates a natural, soft contour. The wrinkles were treated with Xeomin, a neuromodulator that relaxes the underlying muscles to smooth lines and prevent new ones from forming.
