Upper Eyelid Filler

Upper eyelid hollowing is one of those aging changes that can make the eyes look tired, heavy, or more “sunken” even when the patient feels rested.

As we age, we lose fat and structural support around the upper eyelid, brow, and temple region. This can create hollowing above the eye and a more skeletonized appearance around the orbital rim.

This patient was treated with upper eyelid filler to help restore the volume loss in the hollow upper eye area. This is a very advanced procedure and not something that should be treated casually. It requires a strong understanding of anatomy, conservative placement, and careful patient selection.

For transparency, this patient also received temple filler and toxin treatment, which helped support the overall upper-face result.

The goal was not to change her eyes or make her look overfilled. The goal was to softly replace what time has taken away and restore a smoother, more rested upper-eye transition.

When performed correctly, upper eyelid filler can help:

Improve upper eyelid hollowingSoften a tired or sunken appearance
Restore lost volume around the orbital frame
Improve the transition from temple to brow to upper eyelid
Create a more refreshed appearance without surgery

This is not a beginner filler area. This is an advanced treatment that should only be performed by experienced injectors who understand the anatomy and risks of the upper eyelid and periorbital region.

Brow lift at the 45 degree angle view.

Dermal filler

Surgeon:

Some people have a “1,” others have “11s” — and this tiny line looks simple, but it’s actually one of the most dangerous areas to inject.

Nose filler

Surgeon:

✨ Before & After: Just the Tip ✨This patient wanted one thing — a lifted nasal tip — and you can clearly see the difference.

Lip Filler 7

Surgeon:

This is session 1 for this beauty. With M-shaped lips 👄 this small, I inject them in 2 to 3 sessions in order to get the desired outcome. Majority of the filler was placed in the upper lip. Techniques used...fencing, hashtag, and linear threads.

Nose filler

Surgeon:

Are you losing support at the base?

Chin filler

Surgeon:

In this before-and-after, you can clearly see how adding structure to the chin transforms the entire lower face.

3D Lift

Surgeon:

After performing this treatment on women for years and seeing incredible, consistent results, we finally named it. The 3D Lift is our signature full-face bioregenerative approach that restores youthful structure and improves skin quality — all without using any HA dermal fillers.

Dysport RHA 4

This approach restored structure and softened her face without overfilling or chasing every line.

Dermal fillers

Surgeon:

What you’re seeing is subtle, strategic refinement—not a new nose.

Dysport Sculptra Restylane-L

Lip filler Restylane-L

Surgeon:

Not every lip needs more volume — sometimes it needs more structure.

RHA Filler

Surgeon:

In the before image, the lips appear thinner with less definition, especially through the vermilion border and central lip body. There’s mild dehydration and softness loss that’s common with age, without obvious asymmetry.
