Upper Eyelid Filler
Upper eyelid hollowing is one of those aging changes that can make the eyes look tired, heavy, or more “sunken” even when the patient feels rested.
As we age, we lose fat and structural support around the upper eyelid, brow, and temple region. This can create hollowing above the eye and a more skeletonized appearance around the orbital rim.
This patient was treated with upper eyelid filler to help restore the volume loss in the hollow upper eye area. This is a very advanced procedure and not something that should be treated casually. It requires a strong understanding of anatomy, conservative placement, and careful patient selection.
For transparency, this patient also received temple filler and toxin treatment, which helped support the overall upper-face result.
The goal was not to change her eyes or make her look overfilled. The goal was to softly replace what time has taken away and restore a smoother, more rested upper-eye transition.
When performed correctly, upper eyelid filler can help:
Improve upper eyelid hollowingSoften a tired or sunken appearance
Restore lost volume around the orbital frame
Improve the transition from temple to brow to upper eyelid
Create a more refreshed appearance without surgery
This is not a beginner filler area. This is an advanced treatment that should only be performed by experienced injectors who understand the anatomy and risks of the upper eyelid and periorbital region.
PRP injections for undereyes
This patient had a Halo laser treatment at another practice a couple of months before coming to see me. Laser treatments help kickstart collagen production, and when I performed PRP injections under his eyes, we added concentrated growth factors to support healing and enhance that remodeling process.
Neurotoxin
Strategic neurotoxin placement to soften dynamic movement while maintaining expression, paired with precise dermal filler placement for support and balance.
Tear trough filler brow tail lift (neurotoxins) Chin Augmentation/Chin filler Botox/Dysport
Correct the under eye, lift the tail of the brow, augment the chin, and slim the masseter muscle to balance out the face.
Full face neurotoxin brow lift non-surgical rhinoplasty chin filler lip filler
Full face toxin + brow lift + non-surgical rhino + chin + lips = THIS.
Radiesse, Belotero
This patient is in her late 40s and was noticing changes through the midface, jawline, temples, lips, and lower face. What we are really seeing is a combination of:
Hand filler
Here’s a two week before and after.Simple procedure with literally no downtime unless you bruise. Not painful. Results are immediate and last over a year.
Restylane Defyne (Chin filler)
For this treatment, we used 2 syringes of Restylane Defyne to support and refine the chin. The goal was to soften the labiomandibular crease, also known as the “chin shadow,” while also creating a slightly longer, narrower, and more balanced chin shape.
Sculptra
3 month before and after with our Sculptra Multipoint Technique. This technique addresses multiple areas (up to 10) of the face to achieve a harmonious outcome.
Lip Filler 4
1 ml of Restylane Defyne and 0.2 ml of Restylane Kysse for these beauties.
Sculptra
These beautiful results were achieved using Sculptra Temporal Brow Lift combined with the Sculptra Multipoint Technique. Notice how the brows are naturally lifted, opening and brightening the eyes for a refreshed look. NO TOXIN USED!
Cheek Filler
Lip touch up and cheek pop tester for this beauty. She was on the fence about the cheeks but decided to do a little bit to see if she’d like it. And she loved it.....lol.
Sculptra, Restylane Contour, Belotero Balance, Restylane Defyne, Restylane Refyne, Dysport
Facial Balancing
This is what facial balancing should look like.
Not overdone.
Not obvious.
Not like a different person.
Just softer, fresher, and more supported.
Chin Filler
Chin filler is not just about projection.
Nonsurgical Rhinoplasty
Resty-L was used to hide the hump and sharpen the tip.
The nose is a higher-risk area, so product choice and technique matter. Restylane-L is a hyaluronic acid filler, meaning it can be dissolved with hyaluronidase if needed. That is one of the reasons it can be a thoughtful choice when treating delicate areas where safety and precision are critical.
